Installing the metal hook is simple: hold the metal holder by the loop in the middle, ensuring the two ends face you. Stand in front of the scooter, hook the loop onto the front steering column with the two ends going over the top of the handlebars, and click into place. Attach the basket through the two holes in the back. To remove, simply pull off gently.
